Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 6, 2026

This policy explains what information PowerSalesCall handles through this website and through the product, why it is handled, and the choices available to you. It describes the product as it is being built, and it marks clearly where something is planned rather than in place.

This policy has not yet been reviewed by qualified legal counsel. It must be reviewed, and confirmed against the jurisdictions the business operates in, before the product is offered commercially. It makes no claim of certification or regulatory compliance.

Information submitted through forms

When you use the contact or demo request form on this website, you choose what to provide. The form asks for your name, work email address, company, role, team size, the plan you are interested in, an optional message, and your confirmation that we may use those details to reply.

This website is a static site with no server of its own. Form submissions are delivered to a separate intake service when one is connected. At the time of writing no intake service is connected, so submitting the form does not transmit or store your details anywhere — the page tells you this and offers an email address instead. When an intake service is connected, this policy will be updated to name the category of provider handling those messages.

If you email us directly, we receive the contents of your message and your email address, and we keep that correspondence so we can answer you and follow up.

Product account information

The PowerSalesCall product is in development and is not generally available. When accounts are opened, an account is expected to include the details needed to operate a workspace: the names and email addresses of the people using it, their role within the workspace, the organization the workspace belongs to, and administrative settings chosen by that organization.

Account information is provided by the customer organization, and that organization decides who has access to its workspace.

Conversation and transcript data

The purpose of the product is to analyze sales conversations, so a customer workspace is expected to contain recordings or transcripts that the customer uploads or connects, the text produced from them, and the analysis derived from that text — summaries, detected objections, questions, commitments, qualification signals and follow-up notes.

This material belongs to the customer. It is processed to provide the service to that customer and is not sold, shared with other customers, or used to train third-party foundation models.

A sales conversation may include personal information about the people on the call, including people who are not our customers. The customer organization is responsible for having a lawful basis to record and process those conversations, and for meeting the notice and consent obligations that apply where the call participants are located.

Technical and usage data

Like any website, this site is served over the internet, and the hosting provider processes standard request information such as IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and timestamp in order to deliver pages and protect the service from abuse.

This website does not run analytics, advertising, session recording or third-party tracking scripts. No visitor profile is built from your use of it.

Once the product is in operation, the application is expected to record operational logs — sign-in events, processing jobs, errors and performance metrics — so the service can be run reliably and problems can be diagnosed.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies, does not use local storage for tracking, and does not embed third-party tags. That is why you are not asked to accept a cookie banner.

If the product application later requires cookies — for example a session cookie to keep you signed in — those will be strictly necessary for the feature you asked for, and this policy will be updated to describe them before they are introduced.

Purposes of processing

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to demo, access and security enquiries.
  • Provide, operate and support the product for customer organizations.
  • Produce the summaries, objection detection and coaching signals that the customer has asked the product to generate.
  • Keep the service secure and available, including detecting and investigating abuse or technical failures.
  • Improve the product, using aggregated or de-identified operational information rather than the content of customer conversations.
  • Meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to run the service. The production architecture is being designed around cloud infrastructure for hosting, transcription, model-assisted analysis, storage, database and monitoring, together with business tools such as email.

Providers act on our instructions for the purposes described in this policy. The specific list of providers, their locations and their data processing terms are part of pre-launch engineering and legal review, and this policy will be updated to reflect the final selection before the product is sold.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Data retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up relationship, and then deleted.

For customer workspaces, retention of recordings, transcripts and derived analysis is intended to be configurable, so the customer organization can decide how long that material is kept. Deletion is planned to remove the underlying recording and transcript together with the analysis produced from it, within the operational limits of backups and log retention.

Specific retention periods are agreed during onboarding and depend on the plan and the customer’s own obligations.

Security

The service is being designed with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, account-level separation, managed key and secret storage, and operational monitoring. The security page describes this approach in detail.

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We describe the controls we are building and the ones that are still planned, and we do not claim certifications or audits that have not been completed.

International processing

PowerSalesCall is based in the United States, and information handled through this website and the product may be processed in the United States or in other countries where our infrastructure providers operate.

Data protection law differs between countries. Where information is transferred out of the country you are in, we intend to rely on the transfer mechanisms that apply to that transfer. The final regional configuration and transfer terms are being confirmed as part of pre-launch review.

User choices

You decide what to put in the contact form, and you can ask us to delete your enquiry correspondence at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, or to receive a copy of it. To make a request, write to contact@powersalescall.com. We will explain what we hold and how we can help.

If your information is held inside a customer’s workspace — for example because you took part in a sales call that a customer recorded — that customer controls the material. We will refer your request to them and support them in answering it.

Policy changes

This policy will change as the product develops, particularly once accounts, integrations and the final list of providers are in place. When it changes we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page, and we will give notice of significant changes to customers through the product or by email.
